We are looking for a creative &amp; dynamic Manager HR Operations, Shared services for a fast-growing startup, one of India's largest technology platform delivering digital solutions for workforce management, throughout the entire value chain. Role overview : Manager HR Shared Services to join the business at an exciting time of growth. Reporting to the Head of HR and working with a team of HR Shared Services professionals, the role combines a blend of design and execution of best in class people operations to support a growing employee base (250-500). The appointment will play a key role in the group's HR core team and is likely to engage with all aspects of the business. As the organisation remains focussed on continued growth both within their product offering and employee headcount, it is a very exciting time to join an extremely fast paced and dynamic organization structure. Specific Responsibilities : - Drive process standardisation and improvement within HR Shared Services - As a key representative of HR Shared Services supporting and meeting regularly with HR Head &amp; core HR team and Business Unit Managers to clearly manage business expectations of HR Shared Services in a proactive and positive manner - Manage tracking and reporting of service delivery in the HR Shared Services Team according to agreed KPI- s/SLAs and other measures agreed - Work on process improvement plans for the resolution of service related risks and issues - Point of escalation and arbitration to resolve long-standing or complex cases raised through the HR Shared Services Team or from senior business customers - Build excellent working relationships with Business Leaders and key stakeholders of HR Shared Services - Keep personal knowledge up-to-date through external networking and attending conferences bringing back leading edge and innovative HR Shared Services thinking and sharing this with the team and HR Leadership. - Introducing and applying new methods and applications to the HR Shared Service Team when feasible and appropriate. Requirements : - Extensive experience and a thorough understanding of operational excellence within HR Shared Services processes with overall 8-10 years of experience. - At least 5 - 8 years' experience working within HR Operations / HR Shared Services, with proven capability to lead, develop and motivate a team and create a best in class HR shared services department. - You will possess the proven capability of implementing or upgrading an integrated HR system to support an efficient and consistent HR shared services environment. - Proven credibility with leadership and HR peers, whereby you can partner and ensure HR Shared Services supports the business for success and high performance. - Ability to manage high workloads &amp; conflicting priorities, both in support of the HR team and their respective business units alongside all employees. - Collaborative style and a good team player. - Strong customers focus mind-set.
