Manager - HR Operations - Shared Services

We are hiring for Manager Operations. HR for Leading shared Services based out of Noida Location. Sector 142.

1. 14 -18 years or above experience in KPO/ BPO industry with at least .7 years of HR Shared Services experience.

2. Consultancy background

3. Should be currently managing an HR service.

4. Should have an experience of managing a highly secured services.

5. At least 2 transitions managed

6. At least managed a size of 50+ staff

7. Mentored Service Improvement projects

8. Knowledge of using Success factors and Cloud for Customer (C4C). especially Employee central, contracts, pre appointment screening and recruitment.

9. Understanding of quality control principles and implementation techniques.

10. Good knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures / policies

11. Able to articulate change, process improvement to HR team members and business customer.

Expert in Excel with good IT skills, including Visio
