Role - Manager - HR Operations - 8 to 12 Years Experience

Reporting to - Head HR

Location - Gurgaon

Purpose of the Role :

- Drive end to end HR Operations which majorly includes Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, various HR related MIS and Data Management and Employee Engagement initiatives.

- The incumbent should be well-versed with HR Planning, Process Improvements, HR analytics & audits, various documentation and developing HRIS to have readily available Business Intelligence HR data.

KRA :


- Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations effectively to provide proactive HR support to employees.

- Ensure utmost level of integrity and accuracy of HR data while being compliant with data protection and security standards.

- Facilitate development of the overall HR operations and approach by providing accurate and relevant data analytics and reporting.

- Assist in communicating company policies and procedures to promote and understanding among the employees and foster a collaborative working environment which is conducive through effective employee relations activities.

- Act as a resource regarding HR policies & procedures and advice line managers and employees to follow the standard HR process and necessary compliance.

- Conduct periodic audits of current systems, procedures, policies and workflows to ensure efficiencies and legal compliance; develop various HR related processes that improve overall effectiveness of the department and end user efficiency.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of overall HR operations and execute the things in a proactive manner and ensure best in class HR operation practices are implemented in the organization.

- Maintain a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to provide accurate and timely information to the HR Head/ Management.

- Collaborate with the external partner/service provider to ensure effective and efficient functionality and user experience including the resolution of any technical issues.

- Prepare and provide analytics and analysis on key Human Resource matrices to HR Head/ Management and relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure accurate documentation of HR operations - Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is maintained including timely revisions and updates.

- Formulate, implement and improve functional and company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and positive employee experience. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

- Coordinate the administration of Mediclaim scheme for the employees at PAN India and ensure various employee benefits taken into consideration for the best interest of the employees.

- Assist in the planning and implementation of key organizational growth initiatives related to HR matters.

- Responsible for managing effective onboarding, joining and induction for new joiners.

- Drive the process of confirmation/ probation extension and taking the corrective actions.

- Ensure and manage best-in-class employee experience while driving the various HR operation initiatives.

- Develop and maintain various HR related dashboards, matrices and monthly PPTs and provide to HR Head/Management as and when required.

- Prepare dashboards for various employee engagement/connect/ communication initiatives.

- Planning and executing Reward & Recognition Programs as per the R&R policy and ensure its timely closure by various stakeholder management and ensure a culture of appreciation and motivation within the organization

- Ensure constant engagement initiates are planned and executed at various location with maximum people participation and leadership involvement.

Desired Skills, Experience and Qualification :

- PG/MBA with Min 8+yrs experience into HR Operations in Service Industry (Preferred).

- Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organisation.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to present and communicate effectively at all employee levels (including upwards).

- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure to tight deadlines, budgets and targets with accuracy.

- Ability to successfully manage and implement key projects from start to finish.

- Problem Solving Attitude and Analytical Capability.
