Professional Experience: 5 -8 years of Human Resource experience in a generalist profile
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Oracle HRMS, MIS reports and its related correspondence
- Conduct exit interviews with the resigned employees
- Forward necessary documents to finance for final settlement and cancellation
- Ensure preparation of termination letters, disciplinary letters to employees
- Conduct investigations and makes recommendations regarding issues of staff misconduct and policy infractions
- Generate Transfers letters and Contract Letters, resignation acceptance, Promotion, Experience certificate etc.
- Handle employee grievances for regional employees
- Manage Transportation and Housing for employees
- Obtain relevant approval on Leave application / Resignations /Forwarding to Accounts & PRO for action
- Check leave and air ticket eligibilities and do air ticket bookings/confirmations for staff going on vacation/official meets.
Profile :
- Skills and competencies: Knowledge of HR processes/policies, Teamwork & collaboration, Communication skills, Planning and Organizing skills
- Professional Experience: MBA in HR with 5 -8 years of Human Resource experience in a generalist profile, preferably in Modern age Retail. Experience in the Saudi Arabia Market is a must.
