Almost a decade old, it is a venture committed to bring together a varied range of traditional crafts and techniques of dyeing, weaving, printing and hand embroidery. The founders have dedicated their life to promote Indian Block Prints and provide employment and Hand-Embroidery training to women so that numerous underprivileged women can be empowered. As the Accounts Executive, you will manage all the accounting duties including completing multiple ledger reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and participating in financial month-end closures.

As a Manager - HR Ops, you will work closely with the HR Team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions and to run the charter of talent engagement and development across the company.

What you will do :

- Managing the HR team and hiring functions including tech, operations, sales, marketing, BD.

- Understanding the various requirements and leading the team to create job descriptions and align suitable candidates.

- Formulating HR Policies & Processes.

- Managing compensation, employee engagement, performances, new hiring, orientation and development.

- Handholding of new employees, grievance handling, managing employee relations.

- Handling reward & recognition for employee, training & development.

- Leading the reporting of employment metrics, reference checks & back ground verification.

- Managing referral policies & processes and employee communication.

- Providing strategic direction to end-to-end HR processes and systems and implementing HRIS & PMS systems.

- Evaluating vendor and managing for respective HR functions.

- Ensuring consistent and effective HR communication across HO and other offices.

- Driving improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation / Predictive Analytics etc.) to attain process excellence.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- Proven working experience as HR manager.

- B Com/ BMM/ BMS with MBA in Human Resource preferred.

- Should have managed the entire HR process including recruitment, performance appraisal, HR operations, employee relations, and policy making.

- Working knowledge of HR systems and databases.

- Broad understanding of labor law and HR best practices.

- Aptitude in networking and building relationships.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Innovative and creative, having a fresh eye for human resource.

- Ability to deal sympathetically, yet effectively with people.

- Works well in an entrepreneurial environment that values a hands-on approach.

- Self-motivated with a high energy level and ability to adapt to new situations.

- Willing to work 6 days a week.
