HR Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle HR operations activities end-to-end from hire to retire/exit of an employee.
- Monitor and maintain internal HR systems and databases
- Manage leave & attendance records, payroll and statutory audit process for our employees, must have experience with at least 1-2 HRMS
- Maintain trackers for disciplinary action, employee documentation, exit process and relevant HR activities.
- Employee Connect & Grievance handling
- Issuing offer letters, relieving letters, FNF clearances, Asset submission etc
- Manage employee Information and personal files/ employee records with due diligence
- You will also help us in people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience in HR Operations
- Good knowledge of labor law, PF, ESIC and other HR compliances
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems implementation and usage
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
- Education in Human Resources Management is a plus
