Manager - HR Operations & Projects - BFS/IT (4-12 yrs)
- The candidate should have a graduate or master's degree and four to eight years of relevant professional experience, including at least three years in the design and practice of assessment and selection.
- The ideal applicant should be proficient in both written and verbal communication, have strong project management skills, be adept at handling uncertainty, and have a successful working style with senior leaders.
- Experience in people management and a degree in industrial/organizational psychology or a similar discipline is strongly encouraged but not necessary.
- The applicant must be able to operate in a very flexible and evolving environment.
