ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Design appropriate HR policies and systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development 2. Work with Senior Practice Leaders in the firm, Legal, Finance and other cross functional departments 3. Responsible for the End-to-End Life Cycle Management, Payroll, Insurance, HRMS, MIS and Vendor Management. 4. Automation of attendance management of Employees, Payroll and Incentives 5. Manage and improve HRIS for continuous data management 6. Process employee's monthly Payroll and Tax Clearance matters 7. Design designated and ad hoc reports and dashboards, from time to time 8. Manage modules like HRMS Automation and Annual Attrition regularisation and Dashboard Management 9. HR Budget Planning and management 10. Adhere to the HR Audit guidelines CANDIDATE PROFILE 1. A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from a Tier 1 B-School 2. 8-10 years of experience in progressive HR leadership roles with in-depth knowledge and experience in Employee Life Cycle Management, Payroll, Insurance, and HRMS. 3. Strong acumen in business and HR Operations, including strong Problem Solving skills, Critical Thinking, and Innovation 4. Excellent Organisational and Interpersonal skills 5. Excellent Excel and presentation skills
