Hiring for a Manager HR operations with a leading organisation in Mumbai.
Candidate must have 6-10 years of experience with team management or managing an employee strength of at least 1000+ employees.
- Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Payroll & File Management
- Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
- Preparing detailed monthly reports on various HR costs.
- Analyzing and monitoring HR performance metrics and KPIs.
