MANAGER - HR OPERATIONS - MMTC PAMP (Switzerland based company)

1. Smart candidates with good communication, high on energy

2. Hands on experience on core HR operations - Compliances, IR, Payroll - including PF / NPS/ ESI etc. & employee life cycle.

3. Technologically sound and up to date - excellent at excel /PPT and overall Microsoft Office .

4. Preferably from good educational institutes (Top B- Schools) like MDI/ XLRI/ IIMs etc.

5. Experience in Manufacturing industry required

Essentials Requirements :

- You will have a complete understanding of the statutory compliance and ensure full adherence

- You will be the custodian of all the people policies and ensure that they remain updated to the needs of the people/ organization

- You will innovate and implement an employee life cycle strategy which includes the right balance of gender, minorities, and external talent.

- You will manage employee exits efficiently and stay engaged with our alumni

- You will work closely with training and performance teams to ensure a high performance and learning organization

- Through your administration skills you will be responsible for employee welfare and continual alignment of people, our vital asset, to the organizational strategy and objectives
