Client : MNC in the manufacturing domain
Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include :
- Total HR operations management for 250 people
- Responsibilities include HR Operations from on boarding till exit
- Incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, project planning and coordination, as well as overall management of the India HR Operations. This includes the processing support functions for payrolls, tax and accounting, employee benefits operations, data entry operations
- HR budgeting and forecasting for headcount over a 5 year horizon
- Managing end process and policy improvement - identifying gaps and improvisation of processes
- Manage multiple 3rd party vendor relationships for India HR Operations
- Incumbent manages a data quality/quality control resource and is responsible for ensuring compliance with Indian regulations
- Ensuring all data integrity
- Championing the creation and adherence of a compliance culture in the organization
- Focus on the code of conduct for the pharma sector
- Data migration onto SAP
Successful candidate :
5 to 6 years of experience in HR operations in manufacturing setups only
Excellent stakeholder management
