Position: Manager HR Operations - Exp.- 5-8 Years - Location Shahpur Jat, Siri Fort, New Delhi - As of now it's a Work from home, Comfortable with joining and working remotely for the time being - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred Roles and Responsibilities: - Continuous upkeep and monitor internal HR systems and databases - Monitor and reporting on key HR metrics - Address employees queries on operational matters - Develop and implement new HR policies and maintains companys HR systems - Ensure companys HR initiatives run smoothly - Conduct periodic scan of industry standards and best practices in HR management and develop proactive recommendations for integration of appropriate practices - Effectively coordinate, ensure quick resolution, and provide all necessary support towards Employee administration - Full coordination support to ongoing hirings across company - Any other HR task, as and when required Key Competencies Required: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred - Knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in Human Resources - Experience in HRIS/HRMS system is required - Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of HR Operations and employee life cycle management - Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel) - Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail - A high degree of confidentiality, resilience, respect for others and tact - Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) and Presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment About company: Asia's Largest Professional Network of Doctors.
