Manager - HR Operations - FinTech (11-16 yrs)

Leading American Software Fintech Company is looking for Manager HR Operations.

Looking for Female candidate with 12-15 yrs exp into HR Operations, good in HR Analytics, stakeholder management, Candidate should be excellent in communication and Excel Skills.

Reporting: Head HR

Team- 2-3 members

CTC- 30 Lacs

Work Location- Flexible/ anywhere in India

Job Responsibilities :

- Overseeing payroll and Compensation & Benefits

- Lead HR Automation projects

- Manage Statutory Compliances

- implement company's HR policies and procedures

- Review and update employment contracts and agreements

- Prepare HR budgets by department

- Track key HR metrics

- Manage internal communication projects and Employee Relations

- Measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements

- Managing and monitoring the company's HR systems as well as databases

- Addressing employees- queries

- Guiding staff and management of company's HR policies and regulations

Requirements:
 
- Graduate with 12-15 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience of at least 5 years as HR Operations Manager

- Expertise in MS Office especially Excel and Human Resources Management Systems

- Experience of designing compensation and benefits programs

- Ability to design and implement company's HR policies

- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills

- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills in English

- Exceptional team management and organizational skills

- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution

- Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework

- Strong experience of migrating & integrating new HR tools & technologies

- Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating various HR projects
