Manager - HR Operations - Digital Transformation - BFSI (6-12 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Process Design

- Design and drive all HR lifecycle Processes

- Conduct regular audits of process across branches, identify gaps and propose feasible resolution

- Ensuring excellence in service delivery for HR processes

- Course correction of existing processes in-line with dynamic business needs

- Bring fresh thinking to the delivery of HR services, leading to improvement in HR process efficiency, service quality and governance

- Participate in HR Projects and organization wide projects

- Should be able to build business case proposals for process improvement initiatives

2. Digital Transformation

- Develop the roadmap for HR transformation, including the priorities, business cases and the future solution

- Understand digital and technology and be able to leverage this to eliminate, truncate or create brand new processes

- Understanding of context and applicability of technology platforms in the company's work environment

- Possess good understanding and network of technology enablement vendors

- Awareness of HR technology trends and a passion and appetite to explore further and bring new thinking into everyday HR operations

- Lead the roll out of HR Transformation Projects and assist with training personnel on new processes, IT application selection and implementation

- Act as Advisor to Head of HR and lead HR technology projects and work streams to drive HR digital transformation as part of overall HR strategy

3. Process Governance and Quality Monitoring

- Identify matrices to monitor ongoing practices and prepare/facilitate regular reporting of the same

- Prepare and present dashboards on effectiveness of processes

4. Team Management- On Boarding and Off Boarding team

- Manage a team of professionals handling day to day HR Operations activities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- MBA in HR preferred

- Good knowledge of end to end employee life cycle management

- Good knowledge of the current HR practices and systems

- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Statistical Tools.

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels

- Negotiation Skills

- Ability to prioritize work, Multi-task and manage time effectively

- Drive collaboration in team

- Able to establish strong interdepartmental relationships

- Ability to manage large, complex multiple stakeholder engagements

- Proactive thinking capability, exercises solid judgment, and able to work autonomously in anticipation of management needs

- Experience in handling high Headcount

- Demonstrated capability of creating new process design and implementing the same

- Experience of working on end to end digitization projects

- 6-12 years of relevant experience
