Roles and Responsibilities : 1) Efficiently manage the HR Ops team. 2) Overall management of all HR Ops- complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to payroll to exit 3) The generalist requirement of able to work on ERP (we are on people strong), policy management, payroll management, and hands-on with Analytics &amp; creating dashboards for overall HR an as a function 4) Monitor internal HR systems and databases 5) Review and approve or modify budgets 6) Design and implement company policies 7) Monitor key HR metrics 8) Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures 9) Create detailed reports on HR costs 10) Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools 1) Address employees- queries. Desired Candidate Profile : - Should have experience of working in a startup environment and managing Operations for a mid-sized company with 500+ employees - Good mix of Operations &amp; strategic vision - Should be able to handle entire HR Operations / Processes - Onboarding to Exit, Payroll-Operations. - Good leadership skills with excellent team management skills should be a team player
