HR Operations Manager


Responsibilities (how we will measure success) :

- We have an exciting opportunity for a data-savvy individual to lead the HR Operations team, reporting into the HR Lead Global Client Delivery India.


- To be successful in this commercially driven and pacey environment you will need to be a real self-starter, proactive with a high level of resilience.

- As HR Operations Manager, you will lead the HR operational and administrative support throughout the employee journey to the business and be the key point of contact and Subject Matter Expert in relation to HR administration and payroll.


- Your key goal will be to create an awesome IQ-EQ employee experience and to support the HR team, managers, and employees in all People practices.


- You will also be responsible for the HRIS administration entering people data in our people systems and general operational support to the HR team.

- You are responsible for all HR administrative and transactional related questions from employees and managers in Hyderabad.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis) :

- You will design and manage procedures to give the best employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

- Manage our administrative touchpoints. You will design and initiate HR workflows, ensuring timely, correct, and complete HR administration.

- Lead and manage all aspects of employee compensation, benefits, HR management information and HR systems for India.

- Manage payroll. This includes keeping track of changes in a dossier, running payroll reports, validating payroll journals, and making sure (in coordination with our financial department) all salary and tax-related payments are done timely and 100% accurately.

- Responsibility for local employee benefits, pensions and other employee related insurance provisions.

- Oversight of correct implementation of group/local reward related policies, practices and improvement implementation.

- Lead, manage and ensure core data in HR system technology is 100% right.

- Local salary benchmarking and design including revision of current grading structure.

- Partner and collaborate with Local Finance on budget management, financial modelling, local audit support, people costs, cost management, payroll and HR budget.

- Lead and execute all of local annual compensation review. Responsibility for HR management information and ad hoc critical information cycle activity.

Required Experience :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources

- Over 5 years demonstrated experience working leading HR operations and systems

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a Team

- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work in a knowledgeable and logical way

- High level of people skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
