Primary Responsibilities :
- Handle 360 HR operations.
- Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions.
- Upgradation and updating pre-existing HR practices and policies to suit present and future needs to achieve wholistic development.
- Provision of onsite and offsite HR services.
- Manpower planning and budgeting.
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems.
- Create, Implement, Revise new processes, policies and procedures within the organization.
- Implementing functional HRMS and internal databases.
- Setting of KRA/KPI for Senior and Middle Management.
- Planning and executing recruitment and selection strategies.Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.
- Managing Client of various domains for HR related mandates. Act as a consultant to clients regarding policies and procedures.
- Bridge between the management and employees.
- Report to the management and provide decision support.
