Manager - HR Operations - BPO (12-18 yrs)
Responsibilities :
As an Manager- HR Operations, you will be responsible for :
- Overseeing HR projects in the areas of Onboarding, Background verification, post joining formalities, Statutory compliances, payroll, compensation and benefits operations
- Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Ensure recordkeeping and data processing procedures in compliance to the regulatory requirements
Requirements :
- Work experience as a HR Operations for more than 10 years from mid sixed IT / ITES organizations
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
