Role:
- Lead the HR Shared Services team which leverages technology for effective decision making while delivery employee services
- Head the HR Shared services which will provide services including Employee Lifecycle service, HR Analytics, HRIS & HR Technology Management, Workforce administration, payroll, compensation, local legal Compliance
- Create the HR technology strategic plan and periodically look at improving the same
- Lead the design of People and Organisation performance reports and analytics to drive data driven decision making
Requirements:
- Progressive HR technology, operations and shared service delivery experience and management experience for a global company with diverse employee groups OR similar experience in a major consulting company focused in HR technology consulting.
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Leadership Skills and team management skills and experience
