Job Title : HR Operations Manager

Segment HR Operations
Job Summary : This position is for an established professional individual contributor in HR Reporting & Analytics, who works independently with minimal supervision. This role supports portions of analysis within a broader cross-functional project team.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Global HR Analytics, Reporting & Presentation
- Contributes to cross-functional project teams by conducting analysis to drive business results; provides advanced analytical support using various HR systems and incorporating many types of employee data.
- Provide intelligent insights on people metrics, reporting & human capital analytics to HR Leaders through monthly reports & dashboard or as need arises
- Ensures the highest of data integrity standards and process standardization to ensure consistent reporting
- Participates on efforts with subject matter experts across HR (COE's, HRBP's, HRSS) to improve overall strategic and operational performance indicators and insights.
- Supports efforts to improve and evolve our reporting & analytics capabilities.
- Supports Human Resources function management in areas of operational metrics and reporting for HR internally.
- Strong team play with colleagues from other COEs, HRSS and HRBP.
Employee life cycle
- Responsible to ensure smooth on-boarding, query resolution & exit management of employees
- POC for managing all HR operations related queries including
- Partnering with vendors for all employee related services
Payroll & Compliances
- Liaison with cross functional teams - Finance, Talent Acquisition, HRBP to ensure timely submission of payroll inputs
- Support in Administration & execution of monthly payroll & statutory compliance
- Address employee queries w.r.t Provident Fund, Professional Tax, LWF, Minimum Wages and other statutory provisions
- Support in all external and internal audits
Attendance Management & Workday
- Maintenance of employee personal records as per statutory guidelines
- Maintain attendance records for all employees in Attendance Management System
- Liaison with managers to ensure attendance management
- Manage employee cycle on Workday
- Train managers for executing task on Workday.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
(degree / diploma) Master's in business administration degree or equivalent with HR or related specialization
Experience At least 7 years of relevant HR Ops & Analytics experience
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgement
- Flexible, ability to work under pressure and understands the challenges of supporting multiple stakeholders local & global.
