Manager - HR Generalist - Venture Capital Firm (6-12 yrs)
Looking for a Talented HR Manager for a client in Mumbai.
Client: An established and well-funded Venture Capital Firm.
The Opportunity is to work for the parent VC firm and also look some parts of HR for their investee organizations / startups. This gives an opportunity to work on wider HR platform and an excellent experience
The Job:
- HR Generalist at Corporate Office
- Manage all aspects of Talent Management, Development etc
- Manage Hire to Retire Employee lifecycle
- Partner with Business Leaders to understand their People Needs
- Develop and Implement HR Policies as per current needs
- Performance Appraisals etc
- Evaluation and monitoring of training programs
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Develop HR solutions & policies to improve productivity
The Need:
- PG/MBA in HR
- 6 - 12 years of experience in HR as Generalist
- Experience in managing the Employee Life-Cycle, PA, TA, TM
- Pref have experience in a Services org
- Good experience of various HR Functions
- Good communication and presentation skills
