Manager - HR Generalist - Manufacturing Industry

Manager HR - Generalist Profile - A Leading Manufacturing industry (4-7 yrs)

- Handling the entire HR function for Branch & Corporate Level

- Leading the Sales HR - Recruitment, Onboarding and Document Management .

- Implementation and Administration of HRMS tool .

- Monitoring Performance Management System & Training and Development.

- Leading the Employee Engagement activities and working on new initiatives .

- Preparing Fortnightly reports to be sent to the HEAD HR, on status for HR activities.

- Preparing and implementing Company policies in line with the company culture and adding them to the HR tool (HRMS). Ownership of Company policy awareness by employees.

- Stakeholder management and handling HR projects.

Candidate Requirement :

MBA - Full-time

- Candidates from only Mumbai preferred with Mass Recruitment Expertise.

- Only Male candidates apply, as job involves travelling for 15 days a month
