- The Human Resources will be a key member of the leadership team at Client's to ensure alignment of the people and talent vision and the company s strategy. The role is responsible for building and developing a best-in-class human resources function to support business needs and foster strong employee engagement. The right candidate will play a tri role with employees, the company, and recruiting partners on our platform - a true executive with HR functional expertise. Prior Human Resources experience is a core competency for this role and we are focused on finding a business leader whose vision will fully align our organization for success.
- This role will collaborate with the leadership team to recruit, engage, develop and retain employees at Client's throughout the Entire Employee lifecycle.
- We require an all-around personality that involves self in various departmental projects and a motivator. The person needs to be young not above 33 years of age with super energy and a positive outlook on life.
- Perquisites could be endless, we are looking at the thin aspects through fine lenses that include a degree from a proven B or school of repute with HR/ HRM as the main specialization. Someone who has actually worked in a start-up and done the grind, ups-downs, and collating people to perform at their best. Experience in hr-tech, fintech, on-demand aggregators, food aggregators, logistics, e-commerce would definitely be a good blend to have.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our leadership team and managers on all things people-related, including performance reviews, coaching, employee relations, organizational development, and recruiting.
- Strengthen the Client's employer brand across numerous markets and professional communities (internal & external).
- Provide executive coaching to managers and leaders.
- Attract, hire and retain top-quality employees with competitive salaries and benefits.
- Create, implement and oversee training programs & development of career growth paths.
- Work with department managers to design desired training/ learning programs for all employees.
- Foster and cultivate the Client's s unique culture as we grow and expand geographically.
- Help resolve conflicts/ issues and enable managers and employees to resolve their own issues going forward.
- Establish accountability, identify solutions to resolve problems, foster a diverse workplace that enables all employees to contribute to the organization to their fullest potential.
- Formalities & designing of the Standing Orders Manual with legal compliance under Shops And Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, PF & ESI Act, and other Acts, this will be for all the offices as well as Client's center across India.
- Managing day-to-day general administration to ensure a smooth and trouble-free operation of the company.
Learning & Developing Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and oversee training programs & development of career growth paths
Work with department managers to design desired training/learning program for employees
Education and Qualifications:
- Master s Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behaviour, Business Management, Human Resources Psychology, or related field preferred
- 5-7 + years experience in organizational development, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management functions, or organizational development consulting
Salary:
8 to 10 lacs p.a + depending on experience, talent, and knowledge with good leadership qualities
Salary would not be a constraint for candidates who comes in with better know-how, experience, talent over the above IQ level.
