Manager - HR Generalist - Life Insurance - Contractual Role

Our Client is a large life insurance company. They are looking to strengthen the team by hiring HR Generalist Resources ( On Contract) for their corporate office in Mumbai.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing employee issues for the corporate office

- Operationalise and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
