HR Generalist -Manager

Key Skills Required

- Talent acquisition - Devise strategies to attract and retain talent at all levels.

- Assess current remuneration and benefits and suggest strategic changes to senior management

- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.

- Ability to influence and persuade senior management level, problem-solving skills.

- Payroll Management (On role and off role)

- Experience in HRIS/HRMS

- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions.

- Ensure that manpower planning, Succession planning, and Skills assessment is done in a way to leverage business impact

- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Job Details

- 8-12 years of experience in HR generalist role spanning across Talent Acquisition, Joining Formalities/Induction, compensation, HR Operations, Performance Management, Learning and Organization Development.

- India Market Leader and Functional reporting to Global HR

- Manage HR function for India region

- Head of HR for Greater India, Responsible for seamless function of HR department

- Independently interpret human resources policies/ practices and advice managers and employees on allpeople issues.

- Drive HR agenda and realize organizational objectives while ensuring full compliance with company policiesand procedures.

- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talentacquisition, staffing, compensation and welfare benefits, training and development, records management,succession planning, employee engagement, employee relations and retention, payroll processing, HR metrics andanalysis, labour relations and compliance.

Education and Experience Required:

- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.

- Typically 8-12 years related experience in human resources functional area, Human Resource Generalist, or HR Consulting role.
