Handling all other general activities of HR such as-Issuing offer letter & Appointment Letters, Warning Letter, Increment Letter, Leave Record, Confirmation, Transfer, Full & Final, Relieving Letters and Coordination in dept. - Employee Engagement. - Keeping a track of joiners and their referrers. Maintaining MIS of Employee Database. - Keeping a track of Attendance and Leave of the employees. - Handling Performance management Cycle - Day to day HR operation Mandatory : Exp : 8+ Years Skill required : Should have handled corporate Hiring and HR Generalist role Industry : BFSI is preferred
