- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional and operational areas and facilitate selection interviews.
- Develop and prepare structure policies and procedures in the area of Learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, OD intervention, employee engagement, and administration activities.
- Supporting strategic objectives
- Manage the process across levels and establish a framework for a performance appraisal system linked to rewards.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Maintain a complete database of employees.
- Maintain and manage vendor and payments of vendors.
- Create an HR Dashboard consisting of the rate of attrition, uptake, short-term performance incentives, etc.
- Prepare MIS Reports & Presentations on various HR processes.
- Maintain exit employee records which include a relieving letter, experience certificate, full & final settlement, etc.
