Manager - HR Generalist - BFSI (4-10 yrs)
- Independently handling of entire HR dept
- Responsible for induction, orientation and placement of new join-ins.
- Wage and salary administration including bonus, leave encashment & gratuity.
- Controlling leave/absenteeism and attrition.
- Taking exit interviews and giving feedback to the GM.
- Carrying out initiative for economizing and optimizing business operations. Ensuring the compliance of the disciplinary codes and taking relevant action in case of deviation.
- Coordinating activities at office (preparing advertisement, selection of data, Letter correspondence, handling enquiries, counseling, and telecalling).
- Processing cases of full & final settlement and bank opening accounts and PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.

- Initiating policies & procedures of HR dept.
- Issuing circulars for necessary & strict compliances.
- Recruitment process- end to end, short listing resumes & conducting interviews for selection..
