We are currently hiring for one of our Big Four consulting client for Manager - HR Consulting role.

Location : Gurgaon

Key Skills required :

- HR Consulting professionals having experience in HR Analytics/ Digitization/ Preparing Models etc

- HR Analytics

- Digitalizing HR Function

- HR Tech Architecture

- Business Intelligence Solutioning for Human Capital Function

Profile :

Client service delivery/execution :

(1) Execute projects, often supporting multiple clients

(2) Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients

(3) Manage client counterparts

(4) Provide guidance to other team members

LD Vertical Development :

(1) Work on new solutions and POVs to strengthen leadership development practice

Knowledge Management :

(1) Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge

Develop industry expertise :

(1) Develop good understanding of specific sectors/industries
