Job Description :
1. Candidates from the industry having Corporate Human Resource / COE experience in leading organizations who have handled designing of HR interventions, Special HR projects, etc.
2. Experience in the HR domain is a must - one or more areas from Organization design- Structuring, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Compensation & Rewards, Leadership Development, HR policy, and process design.
3. Experience in HR Startup Support, HRIT, Capacity Building, Change Management, and Program Management is desirable.
