This is a team management role, reporting into the West TA Business Partner. Your roles & responsibilities will include: - HRBP; Employee engagement, PMS, Townhalls, HR connects, managing exit interviews, overseeing structural changes, internal job postings etc. - Talent Acquisition; Hiring hands on sales experience at entry level, mid level and mid-senior level roles from relevant insurance, banking, retail, telecom sales background Employee base: 175-180 employees (mostly feet on street Sales workforce) Team size: 4 (TA and HRBP) Reporting Manager- West TA Business Partner Years of experience needed: 4-10 Years (depending on pedigree and experience, people management experience needed) Designation: Manager Location: 3 days in Andheri office, 1 day each in Thane and Navi Mumbai offices Ideal Candidate: - Ambitious candidates looking for fast-paced organization and growth opportunity. - Should have hands on experience in hiring and managing the entire employee life cycle for product tech employees. - Should come with strong HR business partnering experience as well.
