The Role : - We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales HRBP with 2 to 6 (not more than that) years of experience in Sales HRBP. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of culture building, employee engagement, career development and grievance management initiatives. S/he will be required to travel across offices in Cochin, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kottayam, Kollam and Trivandrum. The incumbent would be handling the headcount of 450 sales representatives. - The incumbent will be based in Cochin and would report to the AVP HRBP of Tamil Nadu &amp; Kerala region. Key Responsibilities&nbsp;: - Traveling across the region and meeting sales employees on a regular basis - Employee grievance and query management - Implementing the employee engagement plan - Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies Candidate Profile Specifically, the candidate should have: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent field - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner/HR generalist for at least 2+ years from Telecom, Banks, Insurance and Shared Services background would be preferred - Excellent people management and communication skills - Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team
