Manager - HR Business Partner - Shared Services

Looking for a Manager - HRBP for a Shared Services client to be based out of Pune preferably from shared services sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a strategic & trusted HR business partner to the internal stakeholders

- Drive talent and performance management in the organisation

- Provide day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling to managers and department employees

- Manage the employee relations activities according to established guidelines, sound administrative practices and complaint resolutions strategies.

- Assist in developing & implementing HR policies
