Reporting - Director HR

Qualification & Exp. - B.Tech + MBA - HR with 7 - 12 yrs exp in sales HR for a manufacturing MNC,

CTC - open upto 27 LPA

Responsibility :

- Overall responsible for the implementation of HR Strategy for the sales / commercial team.

- Working closely with the sales team & top managements to ensure smooth execution of entire employee lifeline of processes - from Integration, Performance Management, Rewards to Exit.

- Support Sales Managers in building High-performance culture by recognizing Top Performers and managing Under-Performance.

- Driving Talent Engagement and Retention through multiple initiatives

- Training need identification & planning for the same, travel within the country as required.

- Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
