We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join us who will be responsible for building positive work culture and driving employee engagement for the sales workforce Rajasthan or Madhya Pradesh or Kerela. This role is based in Jaipur or Indore or Cochin&nbsp;with frequent travel to near by cities. It's an individual contributor role wherein he/she would be taking care of150-200 sales workforce across locations. This role would report into the AVP HRBP of the North region or South Region Key Responsibilities : - Visiting all 5 offices and meeting employees on a regular basis - Employee grievance and query management - Implementing the employee engagement plan across state - Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies Candidate Profile : Specifically, the candidate should have : - MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-School in HR or equivalent field - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 2+ years - Excellent people management and communication skills - Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team
