Candidate Background -
- Relevant experience into FMCG / Consumer Goods led organization is mandatory.
- An ideal candidate should have minimum of 6yrs+ and upto 12yrs work experience.
- Candidate who is a Tenured HR Regional Manager for minimum 2.5yrs to 3yrs and should have potential to take the PAN India role.
- Candidate must demonstrate Business Partner skills with the senior & top management of the organization.
- Candidate should have the problem solving approach and come up with various HR Solutions to business, as the organization is expanding at PAN India.
Job Profile :
SALES Workforce Planning: Collaborate with SALES leadership to develop workforce plans and strategies that align with the organization's SALES goals and objectives. Forecast SALES staffing needs, analyze skill gaps, and create recruitment and retention plans to build a high-performing SALES team.
SALES Force Effectiveness: Collaborate with SALES leaders to assess SALES team effectiveness, SALES force structure, and SALES territory alignment. Make recommendations to optimize SALES operations and improve SALES force productivity.
Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process for SALES positions. Develop job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations. Collaborate with HR and SALES managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes for the SALES department. Establish SALES performance metrics, goals, and targets. Provide guidance to SALES managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching to drive SALES productivity and achieve SALES targets.
Compensation and Benefits: Partner with HR and SALES leadership to develop and administer competitive compensation plans, incentives, and SALES commission structures. Ensure that compensation programs align with SALES goals and budgetary considerations. Provide guidance on benefits administration and resolve compensation-related issues.
Succession Planning: Identify high-potential SALES employees and develop succession plans to ensure the availability of qualified talent for future SALES leadership positions. Implement talent development programs to groom and retain top-performing SALES professionals.
HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data related to SALES, including turnover rates, SALES performance, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction. Generate reports and provide insights to SALES leadership for strategic decision-making.
