We have a job opening for Manager-HRPB position based at Meerut Modipuram Lcoation (60 Km from Noida) Qualification : MBA From Reputed institute Female Candidates preferable Plant experience is must ( IR,ER LTS etc.) JD: - Ensures quality execution of local operational personnel work (i.e. personnel placement, appointment letters and confirmation process / letters, transfer and separation, succession planning at operational levels, compensation decisions, local organizational design, employee relations coaching for management, discipline and performance management, local benefit and pension administration and troubleshooting).&nbsp; - Consulting employees and superiors in HR related matters (conflict management, absenteeism, working schedules, employee assistance programs) &nbsp;- Coordinate the interface to shared services regarding the full portfolio of HR related services (e.g. payroll). - Coordinate the interface to centers of expertise regarding the full portfolio of HR related processes (e.g. HRD). Introduction/ implementation of new HR related services &amp; processes (from SSC's and CoE's) into assigned organization.&nbsp; - Accompany and implement change projects in his/her area of responsibility together with management of respective organizational units and internal/external experts (if applicable) - Lead and implement HR projects in the assigned area of responsibility.Participate in other business projects, representing HR.
