Accountability Cluster Major Activities / Tasks :
II. Execute and ensure smooth onboarding of new joinees.
Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members
- Planning induction for all new joinees.
- Inviting candidate for HR Field Induction.
- Delivery of quality HR Filed induction programme.
- Ensure all login credentials are shared with new joinees in timely manner
- Ensuring new joinee to take Global Induction.
III. Managing employee life cycle activities Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members
- Execution of monthly promotion cycle
- Organizing evaluation process of applicants
- Execution of monthly transfer/ role change request with 100% accuracy
IV. Execute L&D initiatives for development of internal talent Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members
- Psychometric test is undertaken by participants and
- Collaborate with L&D as per identified needs
- Ensure registration of participants in L & D program.
- Facilitating L&D initiatives in partnership with L & D Team
- Imparting need-based workshops/sessions on behavioral and people management skills
V. Implement employee engagement activities (common for all cluster) to create employee friendly work environment Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members
- Executing monthly/quarterly employee engagement activities across levels
- Celebrating milestones promotions/work anniversaries on monthly basis
VI. Internal Communication - Accountable for disseminating information to filed employee on below matters.
- Communication to filed employees on corporate initiatives.
- Real time information to filed employee on situation on ground involving threat of personal injury and possibilities of involved in undesirable circumstances like violence, harsh weather condition etc..
- All such communication which may impact filed working.
VII. Ad hoc work - COVID 19 and other activities pertaining to safe guard of employee like, authorisation letter, vaccination drive, quarantine facility.
- Recurring activities like pharma covigilance survey.
- Any other priorities and activities as directed by organisation.
Employee Relations and disciplinary proceeding. - Keep business running smoothly by balancing employee and management relation
- Implement policies and procedure.
- Resolve workplace conflict
- Address employee concern
- Advice manager.
- Conduct enquiry, investigation and disciplinary proceeding on case to case basis in line with organizational policy and law of land.
- Drafting of disciplinary letters.
- Awarding punishment basis principle of natural justice
- Counselling and advising sales team.
