Manager - HR Business Partner - Media

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition Management :

- Quarterly Manpower Reconciliation

- Ensuring within the manpower # and cost across Bands is within the overall budget of the organization

- Ensuring Partner Intakes happen within 2 working days of requisition being open

JD in place for all requisitions :

- SF RCM adoption 100%

- Review with each business and the RPO partner and addressing concerns for better closure

- TAT around hiring to be maintained as per RPO partner

- Guiding the RPO partner with offer negotiation and closures

- Maintaining an MIS of all open/closed/existing HC number and cost

- Providing data of HC cost on a monthly basis to Finance and wherever required for AGP, QBR

2. Employee Engagement and Experience :

- All new joiners induction within 15 days of joining

- Goals and KPIs set in the system within 1 month of joining

- POSH completion of 100% and ensuring employees queries and issues revolved around this

- Managing the Quarterly MVP rewards for the firm.

- Award Nominations and finalization for India and Global

- Hi-Flyer (Sales Recognition awards) on a monthly basis

- Query Resolution/Escalation within 48 hours of receiving the same

- Exit Interview for all employees to be done (telecon/video/F2F) and recording the same.

3. Organisation Development :

Performance Management Process :

- Goal Setting

- Mid-Year process completion

- Annual process completion

- PIP Cases process management and discussions along with business

- Capturing other training needs from Business across IC & PM level and presenting a plan around what method of training would be required

4. Customer and Partner Experience :

- Query Management timelines

- Candidate and Hiring Manager Feedback

- RPO Partner Management
