- Employee engagement
- Compensation and benefits
- Project management into HR etc.
- Making retention/Attrition Strategies
- Design and implement Recognition framework for the organization.
- Focus on process improvements for employees.
- Understanding the organization's need within HR domain.
- Understanding the need of the new or existing employees
- Learning Development is a must KRA.
- Employee strategy making is needed.
- Complete understanding about Excel (formulas and other tables)+ Power Point is a need.
- No Talent acquisition, recruitment, on boarding will be a part of this role.
