Manager - HR Business Partner - KPO/ITeS (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for a Manager - HR Business Partner (Individual Contributor) for a client with a global presence based at Noida.

Reporting to : AVP HRBP
Industry : IP Technology
Shift Timings : 9-6PM (Rotation in evening shift- 1 week in a month), 5 days working
CTC : Industry Standards
Experience : 5+ years of post qualification exp in HR domain, preferably in Research / Services / Legal Industry
Education : Graduate - Regular ; Must have a Full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR
- Onboarding and Probation
Obtain generic data such as supervisor name, etc. and pass on the same to HRSS team for record creation; Review onboarding plan in order to ensure quick assimilation of the new hire with the larger organization; Meet the new hire on the day of joining and prepare induction plan; Socialize the new hire around employee policies, organization structure, Performance Management System, demo of Oracle system; Track timely completion of 90 day probation; Obtain feedback from concerned supervisor and take necessary action around confirmation"
- Employee Engagement and Connect:
Connect and engage with employees. Conduct quarterly skip level team meetings; Provide inputs to supervisor and recommend actions to be taken; Inform employees of the action in the next meetings; Categorize employees into Red, Amber, and Green according to their chances and impact of attrition; Ensure quick Turn Around Time for identification and resolution of issues; Analyze repeat issues and monitor action plans around chronic cases; Monitor employee engagement initiatives undertaken to improve employee morale, enforce team culture, reduce attrition and raise employee productivity; Prepare all employee communication, particularly related to organization updates and HR policy changes
- Disciplinary Actions:
Perform disciplinary actions in cases such as misuse of proprietary information, company property, unplanned leaves; Prepare warning letters and sit in disciplinary proceedings, if any; Send notices to absconding employees; Educate supervisors in the proper procedure.
- R&R and Exit Management:
Compare the different R&R policies prepared by the business and provide inputs around standardization of the same; Collate quarterly nominations from business; Check against established parameters; Facilitate meetings with business leaders to finalize the list; Arrange for plaques, trophies, etc, in collaboration with Admin team
- Exit Management:
Have one-on-one discussion with employee to check for retention possibilities and inform HRSS team for normal resignation; In case of involuntary resignations, collect salary and dues information; Prepare severance agreements duly vetted by the Legal team; Inform IT teams to block access; Ensure both supervisor and employee sign the severance agreement.
- Process Improvement and Change Management:
Provide inputs on automation and process improvement opportunities for the function; Lead projects for the same and ensure meeting of project objectives such as process simplification, efficiency and productivity improvement; Lead the change management process and ensure readiness to accept and adopt the changes to way of doing business which arise due to the above steps
