Manager - HRBP for a Large Global MNC Organisation based in Sector 30 Gurgaon

Reporting to the Head HR

Key stakeholders

The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity. As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Be the business partner with HR subject matter expertise & align HR best practices to business needs and employee expectations.

- Support leadership in getting the right solution for people issues and help achieve business priorities

- Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR interventions

- Change management - for changes that have any people implications. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.

- Develop and nurture a professional relationship with peers, colleagues, business and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategy. Create opportunities for employees to build professional relationships and provide career mentorship to employees.

- Serve as point of contact for employee queries, work with appropriate stake holders, CoEs for resolution, ensure closure and enhance employee experience in the organization. Ensure HR transactions are executed, create process excellence and align with standard organization practices

- Collaborate effectively with all stake holders and leadership team within the organization.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives like - New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Town Hall session and R&Rs

- Own the performance management system, with quality and rigor, build culture of continuous feedback, performance calibrations, PIPs, and bottom boxing

- Talent Management - Identify high potential, through talent reviews
