Manager - HR Business Partner - IT (9-13 yrs)

We have an opening with One of our esteemed clients at Ghaziabad/Greater Noida. Attached below are the pointers for the position:

- We are looking for candidates with 9 to 13 years experience in HRBP Role ( assisted a sales business - wld be an added advantage)

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. As an advisor working with senior management to devise methodologies to improve organizational climate, employee morale, and productivity.

- Partner with other HR COEs/groups, C&B, ER, and Leadership Development to ensure the deployment of holistic HR processes to enhance performance levels.

- Partner with Corporate HR team to review existing HR policies & processes for global implementation.

- Works with senior management, hiring managers to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce planning strategies.

- Talent management strategies at Organizational & Business level unit.

- Annual performance appraisals ( Process guidelines, education, review, reporting)

- Manage promotions and providing key inputs to stakeholders for promotions. Ensure adherence to the defined process through Assessment Center.

- Review the effectiveness of existing systems and processes and continuously improvise

- Drive talent development interventions to meet the talent gaps.

- Manage the change in systems, process, practices using change management practices and principles.

- Co-facilitate, in collaboration with the L&D team, BU training needs analysis

- Facilitate the annual increment exercise- Manages major compensation processes such as salary structures, performance bonus payouts, variable pay plans (quarterly),NSA & monthly incentives.

- Review recommended compensation changes in line with promotions and lateral movements, changes to Account Manager Incentive plans and facilitates appropriate leadership approvals.

- Drives the communication of Total Rewards, policies, and programs to managers and employees.

- Responsible for Grievance Management System & Employee Grievance Redressal Internal investigations (code of conduct/ ethics/ policy violations) and statutory compliance

- HR dashboard alerts to management and taking counter measures in sync with the business strategy. Town hall meetings, Open forums, workshops and skip level meetings to strengthen talent pool.

- Develop annual/ quarterly calendars for HR activities and interventions aligned to the business vision and goals

- Drive and maintain dashboards for EWS Effectiveness, Design and implement attrition control and retention interventions

- Employee Engagement - Budget governance for engagement and CSR activities

- Acted as a catalyst and a change enabler for building Organizational Effectiveness within the business. Collaborated with the leadership team to facilitate organization and culture change to seamlessly manage transitions, integration, re-structuring and organizational transformations.
