Job Description : 1. Understand the hiring forecasts from the Business on quarterly basis and align the TA team on the same expectations. 2. Be a partner to the Business Head and HR Dept. for solving employee related issues. 3. Drive and ensure 100% compliance on Performance Management process and support the business leaders at every stage of the process. 4. Ensure every resigned employee fills up the online exit interview form. 5. Analyze and understand the actual / hidden reason behind the exit, understand the same from the employee with a one to one interaction, talk to the BU Head if required and bring to the notice of HR Head if need be. 6. Maintain Org structures for each of their Business Unit to get a sense of the employee productivity.
