About our client :

Our client is a multi-billion dollar organization and one of the largest global players in the auto sector. They have been growing aggressively in the India market and are currently looking for a HR business partner with good exposure to the entire Employee life-cycle, payroll, statutory compliance and Labour laws.It should be someone who can liaise with the leadership, manage stakeholders across South Region in the After Market and Technician function and be the single point of contact for all HR related activities of 350+ employees. This role will involve travel (1 week in a month) across South India.

Job Description :

Reporting into the Senior Manager HR, your responsibilities will include,

- End to end ownership of the business unit. You will be responsible to liaise with the leadership to outline, design and deliver HR strategies

- This role will involve travel (1 week in a month) across South India

- Be a - business partner- and key member of the leadership team to align the HR strategy to the business goals

- Focus on development of After Market and operations professionals and work closely with the management team to ensure that the human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives within the set HR budgets

- Creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives

- Work closely with the business to initiate, influence and drive processes around the entire Employee life-cycle, payroll, statutory compliance and Labour laws

- Close interaction and providing active support to HR Head, business heads on strategizing around compensation planning, performance management, L&D, rewards and recognition etc. to ensure consistent implementation of decisions and successful delivery of the processes

The Successful Applicant :

You will come with 4 to 9 years of experience with at least 4 years is an HR + IR role. We are specifically looking for candidates from the Auto/Manufacturing/Heavy Industries/Chemicals sectors with exposure to managing blue collar employees or distributed setups. Knowledge of IR is not necessary since it is a non-unionized environment but excellent knowledge of entire employee life-cycle, statutory compliance, payroll and labour laws is mandatory.
