Performance Management system: - Set priorities along with BU heads for developing BU scorecards, cascade scorecard and regularly communicate to employees on goals and progress against the same - Review and monitor half yearly and annual performance review process; determine increment ranges based on grid provided by corporate and identify development needs and performance improvement programs required along with respective people manager and drive performance management and improvement for all employees in the unit. - Propagate role progression and job rotation guidelines and ensure they are followed - Looking for HRBP professionals with 2-7 years of experience post full-time MBA/PGDM-HR
