Owing to their exponential growth and aggressive plans in India, they are looking to hire a senior HR Business Partner with extensive focus on Recruitment, policy making, laws and compliance handling, Performance Management and Employee Engagement
Description
As a senior HR Business Partner and reporting into the Global HR Director and MD India, your responsibilities will include,
- Strategizing and executing all HR related interventions for the organization which will include project based recruitment (mostly bulk), drafting policies from scratch, payroll management, capability development, Talent management, Benchmarking exercises, compensation and benefits process, Performance management system etc.
- Work closely with the Business head and regional HR teams to drive new interventions for the organization
- Work towards resolving issues around employee grievances, recruitment, PMS, salary and job grading etc.
- Be a strong HR advisor to the leadership team in developing strong HR processes, managing HR budgets, succession planning and talent management plans
- Assist the Regional HR teams in creating operational expertise in India along with strong governance models in line with global policies
- Be a strong custodian of statutory requirements
- Facilitate the hiring, on-boarding and capability development of the employees to support the medium term business plan
Profile
- You come with minimum 12+ years of hands on experience in handling HR systems/ processes strongly
- MBA (HR) from a reputed institute is a must have
- Robust energy/ technical services management industry knowledge is a must have
- You should have in depth experience of providing practical HR solutions across different businesses
- Hi pots and fast trackers within current organizations will be considered
- Credible achievements in handling Talent related domain and innovative practices are a must have
- You should have been in both designing and execution capacity and should be comfortable with an individual contributor role
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with robust stakeholder management
- Strong exposure to cost and delivery environment/ project based environment is a must have
