Manager - HR Business Partner - FMCG/Retail (7-10 yrs)
Position / Designation : Manager Business HR
Division : Commercial, Sales HR and Support functions
Desirable qualifications :
- Fulltime MBA/PGDBA in HR from reputed institutes
Experience (minimum) :
- HR Generalist experience of 8-10 years (preferably from Sales & marketing driven organization)
- Additional exposure to ER preferred
- Exposure to Talent Management systems, HR IT systems preferred
Critical attributes / qualities:
- Ability to communicate with field and leadership team
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Sound Functional Knowledge on HR processes
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with cross functional teams.
- Execution focus & result orientated
- Ability to influence stakeholders

- Support retention and engagement of Business teams - Commercial, Sales and Support functions

- Ensure proper implementation of HR systems and processes as well documentation
