- Business HR drives execution of HR strategies, plans, policies and processes related to recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and talent management within a business unit/region; drive operational efficiencies related to productivity, people policies & practices, employee engagement, and regional HR issues to improve business outcome. Work to institutionalize processes outlined by policies and drive ownership within employee groups. Drive the execution of HR plans, policies, and processes related to recruitment, employee relations, and talent management within a team

- Have a good understanding of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Budget & HC for the BU(s)

- Regularly track the Status of Active Head Count (HC) and Vacant positions against AOP

- Prepare monthly Outlooks for the current & next financial year (FY) on Anaplan (a Cloud-based WFM tool) and submit a report to C&B and DFM

- Project the impact of Manpower/Staffing decisions of Business on the Weighted Avg. Cost (WAC) & Wage bill of the BU and propose countermeasures to mitigate the impact

- Document all New HC approvals and scrutinize their impact on AOP, while recommending countermeasures

- Participate in AOP exercise with DFM and C&B to freeze the AOP Budget for next FY
