Job opportunity in Mumbai & Bangalore for a professional holding 2-5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.

- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance while analyzing trends and metrics in HR department
- Addressing the grievances and actively working on employee relations
- Working closely working with management and employees to improve work relationships, increasing productivity and morale
- Evaluating training needs and training programs
- Working towards new strategies in terms of HR Business Partnering and employee relations
REQUIREMENTS :
- Full time MBA from tier 1 Institute
- Total HR experience : 10 yrs with min 5 yrs in HRBP
- A strong knowledge of HR Functions and best practices
- Excellent people management skills
